Both employers and employees need to understand their Health and Safety Training requirements,  knowing how to work safely and without risks to health. To do this clear instruction, information and adequate training needs to be provided. These Health and Safety Training requirements also extend to contractors and self-employed people who may be working for you.

In general you must consider; hazards and risks they may face, measures in place to deal with those hazards and risks and how to follow any emergency procedures.
